CNJ Media has been extremely fortunate to work with this client since March 2006 building brand awareness in all sectors of the retail market. Situated in the centre of Kendal next to the main Multi Storey car park Westmorland Shopping Centre spans three streets containing 26 retail high street stores all under cover.
CNJ Media inherited a corporate brand, and rather than changing the established branding we evolved the brand over the last three years into one that is simpler and stronger by simplifying colour usage and synergising cross-media messages.
Footfall rose from 4.6m to 5.2m in the first year of handling the account. The emphasis for 2009-10 is changing to include a list of unique in-house added value events which are set to attract different target audiences during the year and encourage longer dwell time.
